Help! I cannot log in
If when attempting to log into the site, entering your username and password into the respective fields, you receive an Invalid login response, this means that the information provided doesn’t match out system. Please ensure that you are entering your username in the username section and not your email address. If you are not sure what your password is, please follow the section below.Reset your password
You can reset your login details by entering the email address you signed up with into the forgot page. The site will then send you an email within a few minutes so we can get you logged back into the site. If however you can no longer access the email account that the address relates to, please contact us confirming the email address and we’ll be able to help you.
Are you a new member?
If you have just joined the website, we should have emailed you a copy of your login information. This will include your chosen username a password that we’ve automatically generated you. If you have NOT received this email, please contact us and we’ll be able to help you further.
Forgotten the email address you signed up with or your email address is no longer working
If you’ve forgotten what email address you signed up with or your email address has been unfortunately de-activated or any other reason, please contact us. We will ask you a series of security questions to ensure that you are a genuine account holder.
How to Upload a Photo
It goes without question, the more photos that you have on your profile, the more popular your profile will be.Uploading a Photo
To add a photo to your profile, click on the Profile button shown in the top menu bar, which then selects Media in the next page.
Click on the upload button and it will open an interface where you can upload photos, choose Album and even choose privacy, like Visible to Friends, Public, Private etc.
Chat Room Basics
To open chat room, click on the arrow showing beside Profile button showing at the top and select Chat from the drop down menu.
To initiate new chat, click on the New button showing in the chat window and select user you want to chat with.
At the bottom of the chat room is a text bar. This is where you write your message and press arrow button to send the message.
Video Chat
You can also find the chat bar in the bottom right of the page. Once you click on Chat button, it will open a dialog box with the list of all online users.
To initiate new chat with any user, click on user you want to chat with and it will open a chat window where you can do chat with that user.
To initiate video chat with selected user, click on the video icon showing at top of the chat window and once you click that video icon , it will open a separate popup window where you can video chat with user.
Profile Page explained
Profile pages are the main focus points on the site so to you it is beneficial that you understand the information.The top section of profile page shows some basic details of the user, their photos, and options to Add Friend, Public Message and Private Message.
Private Message
You can send private message to user using Private Message button. In the private message page, you can have private conversation with user as well as can send pics to that user privately.
Navigation
This navigation showing all possible options , like showing user activity, their profile, notications, their friends etc.
Photo Management
You have full control of the photos that are on your account. You can easy move them between your public album, private album or even put them in your own album. If you’d like to change the order of the photos, you can simply do this. Furthermore, you can choose which photo you’d like to use as your profile photo and album cover photo. If you’re not happy with the photo, you can use the edit tools (membership dependant) or delete the photo altogether.Photo management section
Click on the Profile button showing at the top and it will open profile page. From that page, choose the Media option.
Creating a new album
If you would like to create a new album for your photos to be held in, you can do so. In your photo management section, click on the Albums tab, it will show you Album list. Now click on the Options button and it will give you link to add New Album.
Once you click on Add Album it will open a popup window where you can add Album name and description.
Upload Photos
To upload photos, click on the Upload button showing in Album List page. Alternatively you can also click on Photos tab and click on Upload button from there too. Once you click on Upload button it will open upload section where you can select Album, Privacy, and select multiple files from there and upload.
Edit/Delete Photo
If you want to remove your uploaded photo, then go to the specific album where you have uploaded the photo and mouse hover on photo, you will two options there, Edit and Delete. You can then select necessary action and perform it.
Profile Photos
Your profile photo is what is shown alongside your username throughout the site – this includes the chat room, your profile page, ads, events, groups and messages. We see an increase in activity in a profile that has a profile photo, so it’s a wise choice to get one in place.The website only allows non-adult photos that are in public albums to be used as profile photos. We describe non-adult as something that you’d see in a newspaper. Photos that show genitals, penetration, or the pubic area are all classed as adult material and cannot be used as a profile photo.
How to set a profile photo
To change the profile photo, click on the Profile button showing at top. This will open your profile page. In that page, on top left , you will see your photo below your name, and when you mouse hover on your photo it will show the link Change Photo.
Once you click on Change Photo, it will open new page with option to upload new profile photo.

I accidentally cancelled my account - can I get my account back?
If you have simply requested to cancel your account and have received an email but not yet actioned it, the cancellation email will be valid for 7 days but if NOT followed up, nothing will happen to your account. If you have completed the cancellation process, your account information is removed from our system and is not recoverable.Updating your Profile
Your profile displays to the other site users more or less everything about you. Therefore it is important to keep this up to date if you are looking to meet new friends or just looking for some fun.To update your profile, click on the Profile button showing at the top. This will open page with different options, from there choose Profile tab and this will open a new page with profile fields. From there click on Edit button.
Once you click on Edit button, it will open new page where you see your profile fields to edit.
I have paid but my account has not been upgraded
On rare occasions if the site is temporarily unavailable at the same time that you upgrade, this may cause your account to not be automatically upgraded. This is easily fixed immediately once you have contacted us via the Contact Us page and we will gladly assist as soon as possible.
How do I upgrade my account?
In order to upgrade to premium membership and extras, simply log into your account and click on the Profile button showing at top. This will open your profile page and you will see Upgrade Account link showing above your profile photo.
Click that link and it will open Membership page where you can select membership plan as per your choice.
Receiving photo / video comments
You can manage comments received on your photo / video. For that you need to go to your photo / video and open it and it will show all comments there.For that click on Profile button showing at the top, it will open new page and from that page click on Media tab. It will show all your uploaded photos and videos.
Now click on the photo where you need to check the comments received. Once the picture gets opened, it will show comments on the right side. Now if you wish to delete any comment then mouse hover on that comment and it will show you delete button. Once you click on that delete button it will remove that comment.
Cancelling your account
If regrettably you wish to leave the site, you can cancel your account. The process will involve email confirmation and will take effect immediately. Please understand that once an account has been cancelled, the process is irreversible.Cancellation section
To enter your cancellation section, click on the Profile button from the top menu followed by Settings.
Choose the last option, Delete Account from the page
How do I cancel my subscription?
Only members who pay monthly for their membership have subscriptions. For an annual membership, there is no subscription that needs to be cancelled. If you have accepted an offer that mentions a recurring subscription, you will need to cancel your paid subscription otherwise you will be charged once the period ends.To enter your cancellation section, click on the Profile button from the top menu. And then click on the membership showing above your profile photo and it will open new page with open to cancel your membership.
To cancel your paid subscription, under the My Memberships heading, choose the Cancel button.
